Located on County Home Road in Greenville, NC
Farrior and Sons, Inc. built two classroom wings additions for Rose Hill Church in 2000. Now we are in the process of building a 10,950 sf Family Life Facility. Construction began in May of 2011 and will be complete by the first of October. The facility will have several classrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, a large gathering area for basketball games, special events, and performances. There is also a stage with a ramp for access and dressing rooms. The building is a Varco Pruden pre-engineered building with metal stud framing, painted drywall, exposed ceilings in some areas and acoustical in others.

2011 NC Department of Labor Safety Banquet
Farrior & Sons, Inc. was awarded the Gold Award for the third consecutive year during the North Carolina Department of Labor’s annual safety banquet at the Hilton in Greenville.
The Gold Award is based on the DART case rate, or cases with days away, restriction or job transfer. Farrior & Sons, Inc. has worked 7 1/2 years without a lost-time accident. With Commissioner of Labor Cherie Berry are company President Bill Farrior, Jr. and project manager Scott Fussell.

Landmark Baptist Church, Greenville NC
On Sunday 8-29-10 Landmark Baptist Church, Greenville NC held its dedication service for their new 9,500 square foot addition. This new addition consists of 11 new classrooms, a 970 square foot commercial kitchen, new bathroom and a 2,000 square foot storage room added to the rear of their family life center.
The dedication was held during their regular Sunday morning worship service which began at 10:30 am.
Lead Pastor Bill Rodebaugh recognized and thanked members of the building committee as well as the architect Mark Smith and Farrior & Sons, Inc. the general contractor for a job well done. Curtis Evans head of the building committee recognized and thanked those present from Farrior & Sons who were Bill Farrior Jr., Tim Randall, Scott Fussell, and Pete Vick. Curtis also recognized Wilson Rhodes Electrical contractor, Bill Brann Mechanical contractor and Petey Garris asphalt paving contractor.
The service concluded with everyone gathering in the Family Life Center for prayer of dedication of the new addition and closing words by Shelton Harris. Open House of the new addition followed.
Varco Pruden Presents Awards to Farrior and Sons Inc.
Farrior and Sons was presented with two awards from Varco Pruden Buildings on July 7, 2010. Farrior’s district manager, Yogi Barwick, presented Bill Farrior, Jr. with a plaque for being a Varco Pruden builder for 40 years. Farrior and Sons became an authorized pre-engineered builder with Varco Pruden in 1969.
Mr. Barwick also presented Bill Farrior, Jr. and Tim Randall with a plaque for achieving a sales volume of $250,000 or more during 2009. Mr. Barwick complimented the Farrior team for achieving such an award despite the slow economy that we are presently in.
