Design/Build Project. Completed May 2007
Project Description: 8,000 SF 1st floor finished 1,200 SF unfinished 2nd floor. Concrete slab on grade, wood framed, brick veneer with vinyl siding at gables, shingle roof with large skylight at patient treatment area. Mechanical systems are gas furnaces.

Design/Build Project. Completed June 2007
Project Description: 8,021 SF Medical/ Gastroenterology/ Endoscopy Office. Wood frame construction, with slab on grade foundation. Brick and EIFS exterior facade. Shingle roof system. Electric Heat Pump heating systems. Full Medical Gas supply system.

Invited Bid Project. Completed December 2008
Project Description: 7,100 SF concrete floor slab on grade, wood framed, hardi-plank siding with shingle roof.
Gas Furnace Mechanical Systems, Fire Sprinkled facility.

Eastern Radiologist/Greenville MRI
Located at 2101 West Arlington Blvd.- Greenville, NC
Design Build project with Dunn and Dalton Architects. Completed in 2003
Project Description: The Breast Imaging building was built in 2003 and is 14,145 SF. It is a two story building comprised of slab on grade, structural steel with concrete deck, metal studs, standing seam metal roof, brick veneer and EFIS, as well as an elevator. The MRI addition was completed in 2010. There are two MRI units with additional space for a third one. The second floor contains administrative offices.
