Design Build
Located on County Home Road in Greenville, NC
Farrior and Sons, Inc. built two classroom wings additions for Rose Hill Church in 2000. Now we are in the process of building a 10,950 sf Family Life Facility. Construction began in May of 2011 and will be complete by the first of October. The facility will have several classrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, a large gathering area for basketball games, special events, and performances. There is also a stage with a ramp for access and dressing rooms. The building is a Varco Pruden pre-engineered building with metal stud framing, painted drywall, exposed ceilings in some areas and acoustical in others.

Located at 704 Arlington St – Rocky Mount, NC
Design/Build project. Completed August 2009
Project Description: 17,804 SF Worship Center. Structural Steel and Concrete masonry construction, with concrete slab over footings. Brick and EIFS exterior facade. Rubber membrane and Shingle roofing systems. Electric Heat Pump heating systems.

La Grange First Free Will Baptist Church
Located 802 South Caswell Street – La Grange, NC
Design/Build Project. Completed in June 2010.
Project Description: 8,055 SF Fellowship Hall with covered drop-off. Concrete floor slab on grad with ribbon footings, wood framed structure including truss roof system. Brick veneer and membrane and shingle roof. Electric heat pump heating system.

Belhaven Missionary Baptist Church
Located at 251 Edwards Street-Belhaven, NC
Architectural designed project with Dunn and Dalton, Completed in 2004
Project Description: 9,889SF church addition. It is a two story building with an elevator. The addition included a sanctuary, classrooms, administrative offices, and welcome center. It is a slab on grade, wood framed, wood trusses, shingle roof, and Hardie plank siding.

Piney Grove Baptist Church
Located at 2925 Piney Grove Church Road-Williamston, NC
Completed in 2002
Project Description: When the original church burned, Piney Grove church contracted with Farrior & Sons, Inc. to rebuild their church. It is a two story facility including Sanctuary, classrooms, administrative offices, fellowship hall, and kitchen. It is a slab on grade, wood framed, wood trusses, shingle roof, and brick veneer.

Temple Baptist Church
Located at 1509 Park Avenue, New Bern NC
Design/Build project with Dunn and Dalton
Phase one was completed in June 2006 – 74,727 sf
Phase two was completed in November 2007 – 24,176 sf
Project Description: 98,903 sf new church.
The facility is slab on grade, two story construction, consisting of structural steel, masonry and metal studs. It has brick veneer, EFIS, metal and membrane roof systems. The building has a two story educational wing, large gathering space, and administrative offices. It also houses a multipurpose area with regulation size gym, full service kitchen, and youth center.

Covenant United Methodist Church
Located at 4000 Corey Road, Greenville NC
Design/Build project
Completed in March 2009
Project Description: 44,872 sf new church
This building has a slab on grade, structural steel, metal stud with a membrane roof. There is a two story educational wing, a large central gathering space called Main Street, and a large stage area with theatrical lighting and sound, video production area and an elevator.
