Estimators
Tim Randall
Tim Randall brings a lifetime of valuable experience to our firm. He is responsible for establishing timely and accurate construction cost estimates for commercial buildings.
An East Carolina University alumnus, Tim is a 27-year veteran of the general contracting industry. His career experience includes estimating and project management,equipment management, safety direction and project supervision.
Tim also served as the 2000-2001 President of the Coastal Plains Chapter of the Professional Construction Estimator’s Association.

Bobby Evans
Bobby began with Farrior and Sons, Inc., in 1988 after graduating from Pitt Community College with an Applied Science Degree in Architectural Technology. He is Vice Presidentin charge of Administrative Operations as well as Corporate Secretary. He also heads up the Estimating, Drafting and Design team.
His responsibilities include public and private bid projects as well as design/build projects, including church, medical, educational and industrial facilities.

Project Managers
Scott Fussell
In 2001, Scott received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University.
He began employment with Farrior and Sons, Inc. in April 2002 as a laborer and quickly worked up to Job Site Superintendent. As a Superintendent, he was in charge of several very large medical facilities.
Scott exhibited the skills and knowledge that Farrior and Sons, Inc. requires of its Project Managers, and was promoted to the status of Project Manger in April of 2006. His dedication in producing a quality-built project benefits both the customer and Farrior and Sons, Inc.

Bill Farrior, Jr.
Bill grew up surrounded by construction. At an early age, he learned the strong morals and values exhibited by his father, Bill Farrior Sr. and his grandfather, Hugh Farrior Jr., who started the business over 49 years ago.
Bill joined the family business upon graduation from East Carolina University with a BS degree in Construction Management in 1989. Since that time he has been involved in all areas of the business with a focus on field operations.
In January of 2003, Bill became President of Farrior & Sons, Inc. Bill is dedicated to see his family-owned, Christian based business succeed for many generations to come. He is active in his church, First Presbyterian Church of Greenville, where he is an elder and serves on the building committee. Currently he is the Vice Chair for Pitt County’s “Committee of 100”. He also serves on the Executive Board for the Construction Management program at ECU. He is involved in other community events and organizations.

Marketing Management/Public Relations
Bill Flowers
Bill began with Farrior & Sons, Inc. in 2011 in the areas of Marketing and Public Relations. This relationship began many years ago with all three generations of Farriors as a friend and banker.
He attended Wilson Community College, Atlantic Christian College, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was an accountant at UNC for four years, town manager of Scotland Neck, NC for eight years, and was in the financial market with BB&T as city executive and vice president for twenty nine years.
He moved to Farmville in 1985 and is currently a member of the First Baptist Church (where he serves many roles), the Farmville Kiwanis Club, and the Pitt County Boys and Girls Club. He has served as a chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Council. He also serves on the Farmville Arts Council Board, Farmville Country Club Board, Treasurer of Farmville Charitable Services (22 years), and was the president of the Farmville Affordable Housing Board (11 years). He was elected as citizen of the year in 1987.
In all of his endeavors, Bill has always strived to serve this community as a professional and to be the man God has called him to be in serving his fellowman.
He has always believed in client satisfaction, and always strives to exceed client expectations. Like the company he has respected for many years, Bill and Farrior & Sons are about building relationships that will last for a lifetime.
