Project Managers
Steve Harlow
Steve literally grew up in construction with a father who was a custom home builder.
Steve has personally been involved with commercial construction for 21 years. He learned the ropes by starting out as a laborer and worked his way up to a superintendent.
Steve has been with Farrior and Sons since 1994. He has served in the capacities of Job Site Superintendent and Project Manager. Steve brings a lifetime of valuable experience to our firm.
George Lott
George also grew up in the construction business working with his father. In fact, he now has over 30 years experience in commercial, industrial, institutional and retail construction.
George has been with Farrior and Sons since 1993. He has previously handled a major role as Job Site Superintendent for several key projects before advancing to the role of Project Manager. Farrior and Sons’ Project Management Team is even further strengthened by his experience!
Scott Fussell
In 2001, Scott received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University.
He began employment with Farrior and Sons, Inc. in April 2002 as a laborer and quickly worked up to Job Site Superintendent. As a Superintendent, he was in charge of several very large medical facilities.
Scott exhibited the skills and knowledge that Farrior and Sons, Inc. requires of its Project Managers, and was promoted to the status of Project Manger in April of 2006. His dedication in producing a quality-built project benefits both the customer and Farrior and Sons, Inc.
Estimators
Tim Randall
Tim Randall brings a lifetime of valuable experience to our firm. He is responsible for establishing timely and accurate construction cost estimates for commercial buildings.
An East Carolina University alumnus, Tim is a 18-year veteran of the general contracting industry. His career experience includes estimating and project management, equipment management, safety direction and project supervision.
Tim also served as the 2000-2001 President of the Coastal Plains Chapter of the Professional Construction Estimator’s Association.
Eddie Jones
Eddie started working with Farrior and Sons, Inc, in 1999 as a Superintendent prior to moving into the position of Construction Estimator. He came into the company from a manufacturing background of production scheduling and management as well as experience as a residential building contractor.
Eddie attended East Carolina University and Pitt Community College where he graduated with an Applied Science Degree in Business Administration. His responsibilities include bidding public, private, and design/build projects.
